As a guide for children and youth in Ermelo, you provide daily structure and safety to children and young people with intellectual disabilities. You work 24 to 36 hours a week in a close-knit team. In this role, you use visual aids such as pictograms to communicate effectively. You help children become more independent step by step and support them with daily tasks like washing, dressing, and eating.
