As an Operator Baking Oven Conveyor, you are responsible for producing specialized conveyor belts for, among others, the food industry. You set up machines, monitor the production process, and check the quality of the final product. Your tasks include setting up and operating production machines, working according to customer orders and technical drawings, performing assembly and installation tasks, welding and assembling belt parts, checking quality, performing preventive maintenance, and solving minor mechanical malfunctions. This is not a standard operator position. Technical insight is important because you work with machines that are sometimes about 40 years old. You work Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 16:45 and on Friday from 07:30 to 11:45.

You will work at a growing company in the food industry, where high-quality cheese products are packaged daily for customers worldwide. As a working foreman/woman, you are responsible for the daily management on the production floor. You lead a team of 5 operators and 9 production employees, spread over multiple production lines. You are the first point of contact for your colleagues and ensure that the work runs smoothly. You keep an overview, distribute tasks, and ensure that everyone knows what needs to be done. In doing so, you motivate and support your team where necessary. Your tasks include, among others, the daily management and guidance of operators and production employees, coordinating work across different production lines, providing clear work instructions and feedback, monitoring the progress and quality of the production process, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and tidy work environment, solving practical problems and identifying improvement points, and participating in the daily work meeting during the morning shift.
