- Are you ready to apply your technical skills as a Production Worker? In this role, you support the production process and contribute to the production of conveyor belts. You are involved in various technical and constructive tasks. Your tasks include welding, turning and milling, assembling conveyor belts, and performing construction work. You work based on technical drawings and work instructions and are responsible for checking and maintaining machines. The work is varied and consists of both routine and challenging technical tasks. You mainly work standing in a production area. The working hours are from Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 16:45 and on Friday from 07:30 to 11:45.

We ask
- • You have technical insight and affinity with metal and construction work; • You are practical and hands-on; • You can work accurately and independently; • You have a good command of the Dutch language due to safety regulations; • A VMBO-T or MBO education is desired; • Experience in metal or production is a plus, but not a strict requirement; • You preferably live within approximately 30 minutes travel time from Panheel.

Where will you be working?
You will work at a specialized metal company in Panheel that produces conveyor belts for, among others, the food industry, automotive, and heavy industry. You will join an experienced team where craftsmanship, reliability, and old norms and values are important. New employees are extensively trained and receive guidance from experienced colleagues.
