Facility Employee
Are you capable of independently keeping a building running and do you immediately see what needs to be done? Then we are looking for you! For our dynamic work environment, we are seeking a handy, independent, and proactive Facility Employee. In this role, you are the point of contact for all facility matters. You ensure that our work environment is clean, safe, representative, and well-organized. You maintain oversight, take responsibility, and do not wait for someone to tell you what needs to be done. You are the spider in the web and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
This is what you will do:
• Clean & representative: You oversee cleaning and ensure that meeting rooms look neat;
• Handy tasks: You process the mail, manage the keys, and refill the vending machines;
• Inventory & Purchasing: You order supplies and keep track of inventories (such as office supplies and protective equipment) in Word and Excel;
• Contact: You maintain contact with various suppliers;
• The lunch: Twice a week you treat your colleagues to a tasty snack or lunch;
• Improvement: You see for yourself what can be improved in the building and work well with other departments. You report to the Plant Manager.
