  • Are you an experienced manager looking for a new challenge in production? We are seeking an enthusiastic Production Team Leader for a client in Boxtel. In this role, you will lead a team and ensure that the production process runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You will work in a dynamic environment where quality, collaboration, and development are central. As a Production Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily management of your team. You monitor the production schedule, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and actively contribute to improvements. Your tasks include managing, guiding, and motivating production employees, monitoring production planning, quality, and safety, identifying and solving problems within the production process, prioritizing technical tasks, training and coaching employees, ensuring a good handover between different shifts, and contributing to process improvements and work instructions.

We ask

    • You have demonstrable higher professional education (HBO) work and thinking level;
    • You have at least 3 years of managerial experience in a production environment;
    • You have knowledge of improvement methodologies such as 5S, Lean, and PDCA;
    • Experience in the food industry is a plus;
    • You are familiar with HACCP and safety regulations;
    • You are proficient with MS Office;
    • You are communicatively strong, solution-oriented, and know how to motivate employees;
    • You are available to work in 2 shifts.

GoodLife Foods Boxtel is a production site of GoodLife Foods in the Netherlands, where more than 100 colleagues work on the production of various food products. The location in Boxtel is part of a larger food organization with multiple production sites in the Netherlands and other Western European countries, with the headquarters in Breda. In Boxtel, products are produced on 8 different production lines, with a wide range of snacks for brands such as Beckers, Bicky, Daloon, De Vries, Flexitarian Bastards, GoodLife, Mexicano, and Van Oers various private labels. The location is known for products such as the cheese soufflé and mini mix, and salads are also produced for KLM. The work environment is that of a large-scale and dynamic production environment, where quality, safety, and hygiene are important.
