  • Are you the driven Machine Operator we are looking for in Boxtel? We have a challenging full-time position (40 hours) where your expertise and talent will be fully showcased! As a Machine Operator, you are the driving force behind our production process, from production to packaging. You are the master of the production line; setting up, operating, converting, you do it all. But it doesn't stop at production. You also perform quality checks and resolve any malfunctions. We offer

    • A salary of €2600 to €3100, depending on your education and experience;
    • That means an hourly wage between 15 and 17 euros gross per hour (excluding shift allowance);
    • 12% shift allowance;
    • Travel expense reimbursement;
    • Prospect of a permanent contract;
    • Choice between weekly or 4-weekly payment;
    • Option to have accrued vacation pay paid out immediately or once a year in May.

We ask

    • Full-time availability;
    • Affinity with (process) technology;
    • Experience in the food industry or as an operator is a plus, but experience in a production environment or a technical hobby can also be a match in combination with your motivation;
    • Willingness to work in 2 shifts from 07:00 to 15:00 and 15:00 to 23:00;
    • Willingness to work in 3 shifts if necessary due to growth;
    • Proficiency in the Dutch language.
