Ben jij een ervaren CO2 Lasser en op zoek naar een uitdagende fulltime functie in Kinderdijk? Als CO2 Lasser werk je aan diverse technische projecten waarbij je onderdelen van koolstofstaal en RVS last met verschillende lasprocessen zoals SMAW, CO2, MIG/MAG en gemechaniseerd lassen. Je werkt nauwkeurig met technische tekeningen en lasinstructies, controleert je werk en levert hoge kwaliteit. Je zorgt voor de juiste voorwarmtemperatuur en verwijdert slak tussen de lasrupsen. Het voorkomen van lasfouten en het zorgen voor nette overgangen zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.

Een gemiddelde werkdag begint met het controleren van werkstukken op maatvoering en reinheid. Je last verschillende onderdelen en voert tussendoor visuele controles uit. Je verplaatst, spant op, gutst en slijpt werkstukken. Na het lassen maak je alles schoon en controleer je de eindkwaliteit. Externe specialisten voeren NDO-onderzoek uit om jouw lassen te beoordelen. Je neemt je eigen PBM's mee, zoals een veiligheidshelm (geen rode of blauwe), veiligheidsschoenen, overall, gehoorbescherming en laskap. Veiligheid staat altijd voorop!

Ben jij technisch aangelegd en wil je werken aan grote onderdelen? Als Assemblage Monteur Mechanisch werk je fulltime in onze fabriek in Krimpen aan de Lek. Jij assembleert zelfstandig thruster onderdelen, vooral tandwielkasten, volgens duidelijke tekeningen. Je voert controles, testen en metingen uit en zorgt voor de juiste data in het systeem. Ook onderhoud je je werkplek en gereedschap. Je werkt vaak samen met collega's en denkt mee over verbeteringen.

Op een gewone werkdag begin je met het doornemen van de planning. Je pakt de juiste onderdelen en gereedschappen en start met assembleren. Je meet alles zorgvuldig na, voert testen uit en legt resultaten vast. Zijn er afwijkingen? Dan los je die snel en netjes op. Je helpt collega's met controles en werkt soms op een andere afdeling als dat nodig is. Je werkt volgens vaste procedures en houdt je werkplek schoon en veilig.

As an E&I Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining, installing, and troubleshooting electrical and instrumentation systems within industrial plants. You will be responsible for installing and connecting instrumentation and electrical systems, testing, calibrating, and commissioning measuring instruments, and performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities. You will work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues on industrial projects and maintenance operations.
