As a field interviewer in The Hague, you will independently go out in your region. You visit people at home who have been invited by CBS for an important survey. Often, they have already received several letters but have not yet responded. You know how to engage in a conversation with respect and persuasion. You motivate people to participate after all. You work 16 to 24 hours per week. You plan your own working days and hours, which gives a lot of freedom! On an average workday, you get in the car to the addresses you receive through the system. You ring the doorbell unannounced and have an open conversation with the residents. Sometimes you go back up to six times if someone is not home. You record your visits and conversations in CBS's digital system. You often work alone, but you always have contact with colleagues if needed. You work flexibly, mainly between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, and at least three evenings per week. This job is perfect if you enjoy interacting with people and like to work independently. You will work 24 to 32 hours per week and start with the Children's Bicycle Plan. This project ensures that children without a bicycle can still go to school, sports, or friends. Due to its success, the number of applications is growing rapidly, which is why we are looking for temporary reinforcement. You help practically and see the results of your work directly. Your workday is varied. You are the first point of contact for volunteers, donors, and partners. You coordinate the communication and efforts around collecting and distributing bicycles. You liaise with colleagues and external parties such as shops and logistics partners. You manage the mailbox and handle inquiries quickly and clearly. You support the planning and keep an overview of the logistical flows. Administration is also part of the job: you process data in Salesforce and assist with reports.
