  • Are you ready for a challenging role as a field interviewer in The Hague? In this position, you will independently travel around your region. You visit people at home who have been invited by CBS for an important survey. Often, they have already received several letters but have not yet responded. With respect and persuasion, you know how to start a conversation and motivate people to participate. You work 16 to 24 hours per week and schedule your own working days and hours, which offers a lot of freedom! On an average workday, you get in the car to the addresses you receive through the system. You ring the doorbell unannounced and have an open conversation with the residents. Sometimes you go back up to six times if someone is not home. You record your visits and conversations in CBS's digital system. Although you often work alone, you always have contact with colleagues if needed. You work flexibly, mainly between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM, and at least three evenings per week. This job is perfect if you enjoy interacting with people and like to work independently. You have a direct impact on the success of important surveys. We offer

  • • Salary between €17.76 and €19.01 gross per hour; • 16 to 24 hours per week; • Flexible part-time job; • Travel allowance of €0.37 per kilometer (travel time counts as working time); • Home office allowance of €2.45 per day; • Extra allowance for irregular services (€11.54 per week); • 8% holiday pay and 8.5% year-end bonus; • Freedom to create your own schedule; • Good guidance and training; • Opportunity to do socially engaged work.

We ask

  • • Minimum MBO 4 work and thinking level; • Good digital skills; • Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written; • In possession of a driver's license and own car; • Available for 16-24 hours per week; • Flexibly available between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM (Monday to Friday); • Willing to work at least 3 evenings per week; • Able to work independently and responsibly; • Persuasiveness and perseverance; • Able to provide a Certificate of Conduct (VOG).
