As a customer advisor, you play a crucial role in supporting both citizens and businesses with their questions about the services of the Cadastre. You provide advice and support, ensuring that every customer is optimally assisted. This is not a standard contact center role; here the focus is on service rather than sales.

After your training period, you can partly work from home, but you will also be part of the friendliest team in Zwolle! You will receive an attractive gross hourly wage of €18.68, plus various extras. In this role, you have an advisory and supportive function, helping both citizens and companies of the Cadastre as best as possible. You do not work in a standard contact center; here it is all about service, not sales. You will receive internal training for six weeks, so you acquire all the necessary knowledge. With regular evaluations, you discover your development points, so you can start confidently. You will deal with various customer questions, which provides a lot of variety. If customers find something unclear on the website, they call you for help. Eventually, you become an expert in telephony and will also take on other tasks, such as mail processing and handling chat questions. Teamwork makes the dream work! You are never alone.
