After your training period, you can partly work from home, but you will also be part of the friendliest team in Zwolle! You will receive an attractive gross hourly wage of €18.68, plus various extras. In this role, you have an advisory and supportive function, helping both citizens and companies of the Cadastre as best as possible. You do not work in a standard contact center; here it is all about service, not sales. You will receive internal training for six weeks, so you acquire all the necessary knowledge. With regular evaluations, you discover your development points, so you can start confidently. You will deal with various customer questions, which provides a lot of variety. If customers find something unclear on the website, they call you for help. Eventually, you become an expert in telephony and will also take on other tasks, such as mail processing and handling chat questions. Teamwork makes the dream work! You are never alone. There is a lot of contact with colleagues, both live and online, in an open atmosphere with room for fun. Feedback is important at the Cadastre, so feel free to make suggestions for improvements. You work between 28 and 40 hours per week. This position is ideal if you enjoy helping people, love variety, and want to contribute to a clean and safe living environment. You are part of an enthusiastic team where collaboration is central. On an average workday, you answer questions via phone, email, app, or chat. You schedule appointments for bulky waste collection or container repairs. You also register reports and complaints and ensure they are properly followed up. You provide residents with tips on waste separation and identify where improvements can be made. You quickly switch between different systems and keep a cool head during busy times.
