- As a Team Leader IRC, you are responsible for the daily handling of inquiries, complaints, and claims. You manage IRC Agents and Coordinators on quality, capacity, priorities, and results. You are the first point of contact for complex cases, exceptions, and escalations. Additionally, you monitor KPIs, lead times, and volumes, analyze trends, and translate these into concrete actions. You work closely with internal departments and external parties such as banks and cash partners. You also take the initiative to standardize, digitize, and optimize processes. You contribute to the further professionalization of the IRC chain and ensure correct governance, case formation, and audit trail. You combine operational involvement with an improvement-oriented perspective. You feel responsible for the team result and dare to provide direction.
