In this position, you work between 32 and 40 hours per week and are the first point of contact for customers with questions. You provide clear answers and ensure efficient handling. On an average workday, you start between 08:00 and 18:00. You log in, check your mailbox, and answer phone calls. Customers call with various questions about financial services. You listen attentively, think along, and look for suitable solutions. After each conversation, you update your administration and sometimes consult with colleagues from other departments. On Saturdays, you work from 09:00 to 17:00. You are customer-oriented and communicate easily. You enjoy solving problems and like to work together. We offer

We ask

  • • Minimum MBO working and thinking level; • At least 2 years of experience in customer service; • Available for at least 32 hours per week; • Strong administrative skills; • Good command of the Dutch language (speaking and writing); • Empathetic and customer-oriented; • Good communication skills; • You stand firm; • Willing to work 2 Saturdays per month.

Where will you be working?
