- Are you ready to take logistics operations to the next level? As a Team Leader Logistics, you are responsible for the daily management of your team. You ensure that the work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to plan. You are visible on the work floor, maintain an overview, and set the right priorities. You motivate and guide employees, monitor progress and quality, and are the point of contact for your team. Additionally, you identify bottlenecks and actively think about improvements within the operation. You form the link between the work floor and site management. Your tasks include managing, guiding, and motivating 7 to 20 employees, coordinating and prioritizing daily tasks, monitoring safety, quality, and productivity, identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvement suggestions, guiding, assessing, and developing employees, ensuring correct administrative processing in the warehouse management system, ensuring compliance with procedures and quality and safety guidelines, acting as a link between the work floor and site management, and contributing to good cooperation and further team development. You work in an environment with mainly small consumer goods and a relatively fast flow of goods, which requires a different dynamic than broad bulk storage. You work in a 2-shift system: week 1 from 06:00 to 15:00 and week 2 from 15:00 to 00:00.

We ask
- • Proven experience in logistics and managing colleagues; • Experience with a warehouse management system and Microsoft Office; • You speak and write good Dutch and English. Are you mainly English-speaking? Then at least A2-level Dutch is required; • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system; • Willingness to obtain the BHV certification; • You are a positive leader who knows how to motivate and engage employees; • A VOG is required upon employment.
