Field of expertise

Store

  • Imagine: it's Monday morning at the ANWB store in Hilversum. Together with your colleagues, you open the doors. The first customers are already ready and excited for their vacation. A young family asks you for advice on roadside assistance and insurance for their camper. You are happy to help them on their way. A little later, you assist a couple who want to hike in the mountains. You show them the best backpacks and provide personal advice. As a sales advisor at ANWB, you are not only focused on selling. Together with your team, you ensure the store is always tidy. You unpack deliveries and help with assembling a bike carrier for a customer. Is the supervisor absent? Then you take the lead and give the team a briefing. Every day is different: in the summer you sell tents and camping gear, in the winter snow chains and ski clothing. You attend training sessions and grow in your profession. At ANWB, no day is the same. At the end of the day, you close the store with your colleagues. You have helped people start their journey, and that feels good. Thanks to the training, you know more and more about insurance and travel. Do you want to work at ANWB Hilversum and make a difference for customers? Then apply and discover how fun this job is!
