Branch Manager
Are you a decisive leader with experience in logistical and operational processes? Do you get energized by leading teams, optimizing tasks, and creating structure within a dynamic work environment? Then this position as Branch Manager is for you.
In this role, you are responsible for the daily management of the branch and ensure that all logistical and administrative processes run smoothly, efficiently, and flawlessly. You lead a team of 10-15 employees, manage the staff planning, and are actively involved on the work floor. Additionally, you play an important role in improving processes, guiding employees, and ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
