As a facility employee at the ice rink in Utrecht, you are the friendly point of contact for skaters and visitors, ensuring the complex looks presentable and safe. You identify and report unsafe situations, perform minor technical maintenance, and resolve simple malfunctions (or call for help). Additionally, you take on cleaning tasks and mop the ice floor with the ice machine while keeping track of administrative reports and handovers. Are you practically minded and customer-oriented?
