You regularly work in the cooling or freezer. You start your workday with a brief handover, distribute tasks, and work operationally alongside your team. You maintain an overview, check work processes, and ensure structure. In case of problems, you intervene immediately and think about improvements. You regularly contact other departments and assist colleagues where needed. In this role, you get a lot of responsibility and room for your own ideas.
