For our client in Utrecht, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Coordinator who does not shy away from responsibility and likes to roll up their sleeves. In this role, you work closely with your colleagues on the shop floor. You distribute the tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that orders with food products are processed on time and correctly. During busy times or when a colleague needs help, you step in. This is a hands-on coordinating role, not one where you manage from the sidelines. You work alternately in the day and night shifts, with shifts from 07:45 to 17:00 and 21:30 to 06:15. You earn a base salary of €16.18 gross per hour, with allowances for irregular hours. Because you work with food products, you will be in different temperature zones, such as the cooling and freezer areas, for which you also receive an allowance. We are looking for someone with experience in a logistics environment. Recent logistics work experience and sustainable employment relationships are important. You don't need years of leadership experience, but we are looking for someone who takes initiative, dares to address colleagues, and remains calm at a high pace.
