  • Are you more comfortable on the road than sitting indoors all day? Then become a courier at DHL Express in Utrecht! You drive your own route independently, have a lot of contact with customers, and work 3 or 4 days a week. With 4 days, you quickly reach around 40 hours due to the longer shifts. You start the day with your colleagues at the depot. You sort your shipments, load your van, and then hit the road. During your route, you deliver packages to businesses and individuals and pick up urgent shipments. DHL Express is about more than just fast delivery. Service and personal contact with the customer are just as important. You are the face of DHL on the road and have a lot of freedom to organize your route smartly.

We offer

  • • An attractive gross hourly wage between €16.60 and €20.62 based on years of experience; • Weekly extra allowance of 6.24% on top of your salary (cao à la carte); • 8% holiday allowance; • 10% accrual of vacation hours; • Good pension accrual scheme; • Travel allowance of €0.23 per km; • You can choose to work 3 or 4 days and you get a fixed schedule; • A pleasant working atmosphere with committed colleagues; • Plenty of room for independence and initiative; • Growth opportunities within DHL, such as towards team leader or truck driver; • Chance of being taken over by DHL Express after 6 months with good performance.

We ask

  • • You are available 3 or 4 days (Monday to Friday); • You have a valid driver's license B and at least 2 years of driving experience; • Experience driving a (delivery) van is a plus; • You speak and understand Dutch; • You are willing to apply for a VOG through us (free of charge).
