  • Are you the one who starts the day or ends the night with a clear plan? For our client in Utrecht, we are looking for an experienced Warehouse Team Coordinator who does not shy away from responsibility and likes to roll up their sleeves. In this role, you work closely with your colleagues on the shop floor. You distribute the tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that orders with food products are processed on time and correctly. During busy times or when a colleague needs help, you step in. This is a hands-on coordinating role, not one where you manage from the sidelines. You work alternately in the day and night shifts, with shifts from 07:45 to 17:00 and 21:30 to 06:15. You earn a base salary of €16.18 gross per hour, with allowances for irregular hours. Because you work with food products, you will be in different temperature zones, such as the cooling and freezer areas, for which you also receive an allowance. We are looking for someone with experience in a logistics environment. Recent logistics work experience and sustainable employment relationships are important. You don't need years of leadership experience, but we are looking for someone who takes initiative, dares to address colleagues, and remains calm at a high pace. This position offers the opportunity to combine your logistics experience with more responsibility: working together, keeping an overview, and ensuring that you as a team complete the job together every shift.

We offer

  • • Base salary: €16.18 gross per hour; • Allowance on top of the base salary during irregular hours and weekends; • Extra allowance for work in cooling/freezer; • 8% holiday pay; • Good arrangement for building up vacation hours and pension; • Weekly payment via Timing; • €2,500 development budget via Timing; • If performing well, chance of being taken over by our client after approximately 6 to 12 months.

We ask

  • • You have recent experience in a warehouse or other logistics environment as a foreman/team leader; • You are a true hands-on coordinator: you keep an overview but just as easily roll up your sleeves; • You speak and understand English well, so you can easily communicate within the international team; • You are proactive, take responsibility, and dare to address colleagues in a positive way; • You remain calm and keep an overview when the pace picks up; • You can work well with a handheld scanner and quickly pick up new systems; • Working in the cooling and freezer is not a problem for you; • You are available full-time for both the day shift (07:45–17:00) and the night shift (21:30–06:15); • You are consciously looking for a long-term job and want to further develop yourself within logistics.

Where will you be working?

Our client in Utrecht is a major player in the food service industry. From the location, large numbers of orders with fresh products, frozen items, and other food products are processed and prepared for transport daily. You will be in a dynamic warehouse environment where teamwork is important: together you ensure that all orders leave the warehouse on time and can head towards the customer.
