Logistics Employee Evening Shift

Are you looking for a dynamic role as a driver-loader for household waste in Utrecht? Together with your team, you are responsible for collecting household waste in the region. You can work either full-time or part-time, between 24 and 40 hours per week. The employer offers the opportunity to obtain your truck driver's license (C), with costs covered. Your workday begins at the location in Utrecht, where you depart with colleagues to collect household waste along a fixed route. You alternate between the roles of driver and loader, working closely with your team. Safety and teamwork are central. At the end of the day, you return the vehicle. Are you ready to start the evening or wrap up the night? As a Warehouse Team Coordinator in Utrecht, you ensure that your team knows exactly what needs to be done. We are looking for an experienced professional who takes responsibility and also rolls up their sleeves. In this role, you work right among your colleagues on the shop floor. You distribute tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that orders with food products are processed on time and correctly. During busy times or when a colleague needs help, you step in. This is a hands-on coordinating role, not a position where you direct from the sidelines. You work alternately in the evening and night shifts, with shifts from 16:30 to 01:15 and 21:30 to 06:15. You earn a base salary of €16.18 gross per hour, with allowances for irregular hours. Because you work with food products, you will be in different temperature zones, such as the cooling and freezer, for which you also receive an allowance. We are looking for someone with experience in a logistics environment. Recent work experience and sustainable employment are important. You don't need to have been a manager for years, but we are looking for someone who takes initiative, dares to address colleagues, and remains calm when the pace picks up.
