  • As a QESH Coordinator, you are responsible for monitoring and improving quality, safety, and processes within an air freight environment at Schiphol. You don't just work behind your desk, but also stand in the warehouse among the staff. You manage and improve quality systems such as ISO 9001, conduct internal and external audits and inspections, and draft work instructions and procedures. Additionally, you conduct RI&E's and TRA's, organize toolbox meetings, handle incidents, and ensure follow-up. You monitor environmental standards according to ISO 14001, oversee safety and health according to ISO 45001, and implement and enforce security requirements such as TAPA FSR. You are the one who dares to address people, takes action when rules are not followed, and ensures that policies truly work in practice.

We ask

  • • HBO working and thinking level, preferably in the direction of QAM or safety; • Experience with QESH or QAM within logistics or industry; • Familiar with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 (TAPA is a plus); • Knowledge of legislation in the field of occupational health, environment, and ADR; • You easily switch between office and work floor; • You are not afraid to address people; • You are clear, practical, and stand firm; • You are motivated and have a no-nonsense mentality; • VGB screening required; • Air Freight Employee training required.
