Freight Forwarder Air Export

As a QESH Coordinator, you are responsible for monitoring and improving quality, safety, and processes within an air freight environment at Schiphol. You don't just work behind your desk, but also stand in the warehouse among the staff. You manage and improve quality systems such as ISO 9001, conduct internal and external audits and inspections, and draft work instructions and procedures. Additionally, you conduct RI&E's and TRA's, organize toolbox meetings, handle incidents, and ensure follow-up. You monitor environmental standards according to ISO 14001, oversee safety and health according to ISO 45001, and implement and enforce security requirements such as TAPA FSR. You are the one who dares to address people, takes action when rules are not followed, and ensures that policies truly work in practice.

For an international logistics service provider at Schiphol, we are seeking a Warehouse Administrator who ensures the correct administrative handling of import and export shipments. You will process and check import and export shipments, prepare and process freight and transport documents, and support inbound and outbound processes. Additionally, you maintain contact with internal departments, customers, and logistics partners, monitor quality, costs, and lead times, and identify improvement points within the logistics process. You work within a warehouse and air freight environment.

As a loader in Rijsenhout, you work a minimum of 16 and a maximum of 32 hours per week and earn €16.70 per hour. You are part of a friendly team that ensures waste is neatly collected, directly contributing to a cleaner neighborhood. The work is outdoors and physical, making it varied and active. Every day, you start with your colleagues at the base location. With the garbage truck, you head out into the region, where you empty containers and assist in collecting household waste, paper, and bulky waste. You work closely with the driver and your fellow loaders, and your contribution makes a difference to the living environment of many people.
