For an international logistics service provider at Schiphol, we are seeking a Warehouse Administrator who ensures the correct administrative handling of import and export shipments. You will process and check import and export shipments, prepare and process freight and transport documents, and support inbound and outbound processes. Additionally, you maintain contact with internal departments, customers, and logistics partners, monitor quality, costs, and lead times, and identify improvement points within the logistics process. You work within a warehouse and air freight environment.

We ask

  • • Experience or affinity with the air freight sector; • Willingness to work in shifts; • In possession of a valid MLV; • In possession of a valid VGB, or a VOG issued before March 1, 2026, in combination with a valid MLV; • Good command of the Dutch and English languages; • Accurate and administratively strong work attitude; • Stress-resistant and solution-oriented.
