Production Team Leader

Your daily tasks include: • Creating and managing the weekly production schedule with an 8-week horizon; • Translating demand and supply guidelines into a realistic and executable plan; • Coordinating with production on capacity, staffing, and operational feasibility; • Monitoring progress and adjusting for disruptions or changed priorities; • Identifying bottlenecks and proactively providing solutions; • Daily communication with production, logistics, and other stakeholders; • Documenting and optimizing planning processes, parameters, and methods; • Analyzing data and developing improvement proposals focused on efficiency, flexibility, and reliability; • Supporting the implementation of improvements and creating buy-in within the organization. Your tasks include operating, setting up, and monitoring production machines, dosing and mixing raw materials for the production process, performing quality checks, solving minor malfunctions, keeping production data, and converting production lines.
