Working Foreman

As a production worker, you play a crucial role in producing snacks. You work in a modern factory in Oudkarspel, where you pack products with colleagues, check quality, and ensure a clean workplace. You work in a 2-shift system: one week in the morning, the other week in the afternoon/evening. You work at least three days a week, but preferably full-time. In this role, you are actively involved in checking products, reporting deviations, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You work closely with colleagues and consult with the supervisor on special matters. You also help new colleagues and solve minor malfunctions. Every day is different! As a Production Operator, you play a crucial role in the production process. Daily, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring the production machines. You regularly perform quality checks and intervene in case of any malfunctions or deviations. No day is the same at this production company. Your tasks include, among others, operating, setting up, and monitoring the production machines, dosing and mixing raw materials for the production process, performing quality checks, solving minor malfunctions, maintaining a neat, safe, and organized workplace, keeping track of production data, converting production lines, performing physical strength during assembly and disassembly work, and manually moving pallets with a pallet truck. You also transport materials, pallets, and machine parts during parts of the workday, handling loads of approximately 25 to 30 kg. You work in an environment with varying temperatures and increased noise levels. Additionally, you guide, instruct, and support employees and temporary workers on the work floor. As a Production Operator, you work together with a team of enthusiastic and motivated colleagues. Together, you contribute to a smoothly running production process.
