  • Are you a team player with an eye for detail? Do you have experience in production and are you looking for a challenging job as a machine operator? Then we are looking for you! In the role of Production Operator, you play a crucial role in the production process. Daily, you will be involved in setting up, operating, and monitoring the production machines. You will regularly perform quality checks and intervene in case of any malfunctions or deviations. No day is the same at this production company. Among other things, the following tasks are part of your responsibilities:

    • Operating, setting up, and monitoring the production machines;
    • Measuring and mixing raw materials for the production process;
    • Performing quality checks;
    • Resolving minor malfunctions;
    • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace;
    • Keeping records of production data;
    • Converting production lines;
    • Performing physical tasks during assembly and disassembly work and manually moving pallets with a pallet truck;
    • Transporting materials, pallets, and machine parts during parts of the workday, handling loads of approximately 25 to 30 kg;
    • Working in an environment with varying temperatures and increased noise levels;
    • Guiding, instructing, and supporting employees and temporary workers on the shop floor.

We offer

    • A full-time job for a longer period with the prospect of a permanent contract;
    • A basic salary between €2945 - €3300 gross per month based on work experience;
    • Interesting allowances on top of the gross monthly salary: 33% allowance between 18:00 and 00:00, 35% allowance between 00:00 and 06:00;
    • Workdays are from Monday to Friday in two different shifts: 06:30 – 15:30 and 15:00 – 00:00;
    • Travel allowance depending on the distance of commuting.

We ask

    • At least LBO/MBO work and thinking level and at least 2 years of relevant work experience;
    • Work experience in (food) production;
    • Some technical affinity related to converting production lines;
    • Precise and quality-conscious;
    • Team player with good command of the Dutch or English language;
    • Good physical condition due to physical work;
    • Flexible attitude due to working in a two-shift system (06:30 – 15:30 and 15:00 – 00:00).
