As a Production Operator, you play a crucial role in the production process. Daily, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring the production machines. You regularly perform quality checks and intervene in case of any malfunctions or deviations. No day is the same at this production company. Your tasks include, among others, operating, setting up, and monitoring the production machines, dosing and mixing raw materials for the production process, performing quality checks, solving minor malfunctions, maintaining a neat, safe, and organized workplace, keeping track of production data, converting production lines, performing physical strength during assembly and disassembly work, and manually moving pallets with a pallet truck. You also transport materials, pallets, and machine parts during parts of the workday, handling loads of approximately 25 to 30 kg. You work in an environment with varying temperatures and increased noise levels. Additionally, you guide, instruct, and support employees and temporary workers on the work floor. As a Production Operator, you work together with a team of enthusiastic and motivated colleagues. Together, you contribute to a smoothly running production process.

As a production worker in our snack factory in Oudkarspel, you will help make delicious snacks that you have probably encountered in the supermarket. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that everything runs smoothly in production. You will manually package, label, and stack products. Additionally, you perform visual quality checks according to established guidelines and standards. You coordinate tasks with colleagues and supervisors to support a smooth production process. Identifying and reporting deviations in product quality, raw materials, or packaging materials is also part of your duties. Furthermore, you monitor the availability and accuracy of necessary materials during the production process and instruct employees and temporary workers on the shop floor. You recognize simple malfunctions or blockages in equipment and resolve them where possible. Finally, you ensure timely and correct execution of tasks within the set quality and production standards and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. You work according to the applicable regulations in the areas of safety, quality, hygiene, working conditions, and environment and adhere to company rules, procedures, and work instructions. You identify points of attention in the areas of food safety, personal safety, cleanliness, and product quality and report these to the supervisor. Actively contributing to a safe, efficient, and high-quality production environment is an important part of your role.
