You lead and coach a team of production employees, ensure a safe, efficient, and hygienic working environment, monitor the quality, quantity, and continuity of the production process, and manage the production planning through schedules, analyses, and daily consultations. Additionally, you identify and initiate improvements in processes and working methods, analyze production deviations, and implement structural solutions. You prioritize technical work in collaboration with the Technical Service, participate in or lead improvement and project groups, and lead, guide, and develop employees. Finally, you perform HR-related tasks, such as absence guidance and performance reviews, and contribute to drafting and updating procedures and work instructions.

As a Production Operator, you play a crucial role in the production process. Every day, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production machines. You perform regular quality checks and take action in case of deviations or technical issues. No two days are the same in this dynamic production environment. Your key responsibilities include operating, setting up, and monitoring production machines; dosing and mixing raw materials as part of the production process; performing quality checks to ensure product standards are met; resolving minor technical malfunctions; recording and maintaining production data and administration; and changing over production lines between different product runs. As a Production Operator, you work closely with a team of motivated and enthusiastic colleagues. Together, you ensure a smooth and efficient production process and contribute to delivering high-quality food products.

Then this position as Supply Planner is for you. As a Supply Planner, you are responsible for creating, monitoring, and optimizing the production schedule. You work at the intersection of production, logistics, and supply chain, ensuring that the right products are available at the right time. With your analyses and insights, you directly contribute to an efficient and reliable operation. Your daily tasks include: • Creating and managing the weekly production schedule with an 8-week horizon; • Translating demand and supply guidelines into a realistic and executable plan; • Coordinating with production on capacity, staffing, and operational feasibility; • Monitoring progress and adjusting for disruptions or changed priorities; • Identifying bottlenecks and proactively providing solutions; • Daily communication with production, logistics, and other stakeholders; • Documenting and optimizing planning processes, parameters, and methods; • Analyzing data and developing improvement proposals focused on efficiency, flexibility, and reliability; • Supporting the implementation of improvements and creating buy-in within the organization.
