Production
- As a Packaging Operator, you play a crucial role in the production process. You work with modern, largely automated packaging lines and ensure they function optimally. You operate, set up, and monitor the packaging machines, oversee the production process, and make adjustments as needed. You identify and analyze technical malfunctions and resolve them independently if possible. Additionally, you perform minor maintenance and simple technical tasks, ensure the correct supply of products and packaging materials, and conduct quality checks. You work according to the applicable HACCP and BRC guidelines and keep the machines and your work environment clean. Collaboration with colleagues, the technical service, and production management is essential. You are more than just a machine operator; you contribute to the process, have an eye for quality and safety, and know how to act technically when a machine or process is not functioning properly. You work in a 3-shift system with rotating shifts in the morning, afternoon, and night.
We offer
- • A gross hourly wage between €17.84 and €19.56, depending on your experience and knowledge, excluding shift allowances; • Attractive allowances at certain working hours: 130% of the hourly wage between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM, and 140% of the hourly wage between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM; • A full-time position in a 3-shift system; • Travel allowance from a one-way trip of 10 km; • Working with modern and automated production lines; • Opportunities to attend internal training; • Good opportunities for advancement; • Prospect of a permanent contract within one year; • A position where you can further develop your technical knowledge.
We ask
- • Experience as an operator in an automated production environment or demonstrable technical experience; • Experience with modern production machines and/or automated production processes; • Good technical insight and interest in machines and production processes; • Able to identify malfunctions and resolve them independently where possible; • Independent, solution-oriented, and takes responsibility; • Good communication skills; • Willing to work in a 3-shift system; • Good command of the Dutch or English language; • Own transport is important, such as a car, moped, or bicycle.
