  • As a Logistics Team Leader at Zara in the center of Almere, you are responsible for coordinating and supporting the warehouse team during morning shifts. You ensure that deliveries are processed efficiently and that the store always has the right stock on time. You lead the team during the unloading and sorting of deliveries, distribute tasks among colleagues, and monitor the progress of daily warehouse activities. You motivate the team, help solve operational problems, and ensure that the warehouse remains organized and safe at all times. In addition to managing daily operations, you work closely with store management and contribute ideas to improve logistics processes. You are hands-on, proactive, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment where teamwork is essential. This role is perfect for someone with leadership qualities who enjoys responsibility and wants to further develop within an international retail organization.

We ask

  • • Minimum MBO working and thinking level; • Leadership experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or e-commerce; • Experience in managing teams; • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as JDA; • Delivers accurate and high-quality work while striving for continuous improvement; • Communicates respectfully and inspires team engagement; • Automation experience is highly desired; • Able to work independently and motivate colleagues; • Physically fit and comfortable with active work; • Speaks Dutch or English; • Flexible and solution-oriented attitude.
