  • Are you looking for an independent and flexible job in Almere? As a field interviewer, you work in your own region and visit people who have been invited by CBS to participate in a survey. Often, these people have not yet responded, and it is your task to convince them to participate. You work 16 to 24 hours per week and plan your own working hours, giving you a lot of freedom to organize your work as you wish. On an average workday, you set out with your car and make unannounced visits to addresses. You conduct conversations and respectfully persuade people to take part in the survey. Sometimes you find no one at home, and then you return up to six times. You record your visits and the results digitally. Although you work largely independently, you can always count on the support of your colleagues and supervisor. This job is ideal if you enjoy being on the road and easily make contact with people. You have influence over your own schedule and often work in the evenings. You contribute to reliable statistics for the Netherlands. We offer

  • • Salary starting from €19.19 gross per hour; • Part-time position: 16 to 24 hours per week; • Flexible working hours, lots of freedom; • Travel allowance of €0.37 per kilometer; • Home work allowance of €2.45 per day; • Irregular service allowance of €11.54 per week; • 8% holiday pay and 8.5% year-end bonus; • Opportunity to work independently in your own region; • Contribute to reliable statistics for the Netherlands.

We ask

  • • Minimum mbo 4 work and thinking level; • Good digital skills; • Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written; • In possession of a driver's license and car; • Available for 16-24 hours per week; • Flexibly deployable between 9:00 and 21:00 (Monday to Friday); • Willing to work at least 3 evenings per week; • Experience with independently planning work is a plus; • You can provide a VOG.

Where will you be working?

You will be working at a large organization in the government/non-profit sector. The team collects current data for national statistics. The atmosphere is professional, open, and helpful. You work with modern digital systems. There are more than 100 colleagues, both in the field and in the office. Together, you ensure reliable and current information for everyone in the Netherlands.

As a Packaging Operator, you are an essential link in the production process. You work with modern, largely automated packaging lines and ensure they continue to run optimally. You operate, set up, and monitor modern packaging machines, oversee the production process, and make adjustments as needed. You identify and analyze technical malfunctions and resolve them independently where possible. Additionally, you perform minor maintenance and simple technical tasks, ensure the correct supply of products and packaging materials, and conduct quality checks. You work according to the applicable HACCP and BRC guidelines and keep the machines and your work environment clean. Collaborating with colleagues, the technical service, and production management is an important part of your job. You are more than just a machine operator; you think about the process, have an eye for quality and safety, and act technically when a machine or process does not run as it should. You work in a 3-shift system, alternating between morning, afternoon, and night shifts.

Co-driver in Almere

Are you happy to be on the road and physically active? As a co-driver in Almere, you work 32 to 40 hours per week. You earn €16.04 gross per hour and also accrue 8.33% holiday pay. Experience as a co-driver is not necessary. Your workday starts at 06:30. Together with the driver, you load the truck and then you hit the road. You deliver drinks to various hospitality customers and events. You help with unloading boxes of drinks and beer kegs and ensure that every order is delivered neatly with the driver. You are on the road a lot and have regular contact with customers. Therefore, it is important that you speak Dutch well and can address customers politely. At the end of the trip, you return to the branch in Almere. There you unload the packaging and leave the truck neatly with the driver. Usually, your workday ends around 15:30. No experience as a co-driver? No problem. We mainly find it important that you are reliable, energetic, and willing to roll up your sleeves. Are you doing well and want to develop further?
