Production

  • As an all-round operator in cheese production, you are an essential link in the production process. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the machines keep running smoothly and that top-quality cheese is produced daily. You work in a 5-shift system, which provides a varied workday. One time you are involved in preparation, another time in the cheese factory or the warehouse. You operate and control various production machines, work with weighing installations, and drive the forklift if necessary. Do you see a malfunction? Then you don't wait, but immediately look for a solution. You solve small malfunctions and perform first-line maintenance. Additionally, you check the quality of the cheese, register production data, and ensure that everything remains clean, safe, and hygienic.

We ask

  • • You have at least mbo 4 working and thinking level; mbo 3 with good technical insight is negotiable; • You have at least 1 year of experience as an operator or in technology; • Experience as a mechanic, maintenance technician, or within a technical service is also welcome; • You have a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain it; • You speak and write good Dutch; • You find working in a 5-shift system no problem; • You are technically inclined and like to think in solutions; • You work accurately and hygienically; • You are stress-resistant and like to take responsibility.
