  • As an Operator in Hoogeveen, you work in a modern cheese factory. You participate in a 5-shift system and work 33 to 36 hours per week. Together with your team, you ensure that production runs smoothly. You operate the machines, adjust them properly, and intervene in case of malfunctions. You keep a close eye on quality and think about improvements, making your work varied and challenging.

    On a workday, you start with a short handover. You check the machines and start production, pay attention to the correct settings, and solve minor malfunctions. We offer

We ask

    • At least an MBO diploma level 3, preferably technical;
    • Experience in the food industry is a plus;
    • Technical insight into machine operation;
    • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety;
    • Experience with fault analysis and basic maintenance;
    • Administration of production and quality data;
    • Proficiency in Dutch and English;
    • Adaptability to shift work;
    • Willingness to work in a 5-shift system;
    • Living within 40 km of Hoogeveen.
