Production Worker

Are you looking for a challenging position as a production worker in Hoogeveen? In this role, you work full-time in a 3-shift system, varying from 36 to 40 hours per week. You receive an attractive salary with an 18.5% shift allowance. This position offers the prospect of a permanent contract and is for the long term. You will find yourself in a dynamic environment where a good atmosphere is central, and you work with a close-knit team. You start the week with a night shift on Sunday or work another shift. The shifts change weekly. You monitor the production process of plastic pipes, check the quality, solve minor malfunctions yourself, and keep your workplace tidy. During each shift, you ensure that logistics can process the products well for shipment. The work is physical, and you are on the floor all day.
