- As a management assistant (0.8 FTE), you are the right hand of the school director. You ensure good organization of appointments, meetings, and actions, and proactively think about what is needed to optimally support the director. You maintain oversight, look ahead, identify what requires attention, and take tasks off the director's hands. In short, you completely unburden the school director, allowing them to focus on the strategic and substantive management of the school. At Taal+ on Waldorpstraat in The Hague, you work together with our students, teachers, and management to build the society of tomorrow. You manage the school director's agenda and schedule appointments, meetings, and gatherings. You monitor action points, deadlines, and agreements made, ensuring they are followed up. You handle incoming emails, phone calls, and requests, determining which matters require immediate attention. You prepare meetings, process minutes, and ensure correct handling of decisions. You identify bottlenecks, think about solutions, and take independent actions to support the daily operations of the management.

Additionally, Mondriaan contributes to the development of its students into responsible citizens. This way, our students find a valuable place in society and contribute to the economic and social growth of the region. Besides being an educator, we are a stable and involved employer for approximately 2,400 colleagues. Each colleague brings their own background and talent. Together, we prepare students for the labor market of tomorrow. Mondriaan strives to be a transparent, inclusive learning and working environment where students and staff feel seen, supported, and valued. Within ROC Mondriaan, you will find your place at the School for Technology and Built Environment (TGO). We provide, among other things, BBL and BOL vocational training at levels 2, 3, and 4. TGO consists of five teams. We value everyone's unique qualities and ensure that we strengthen each other by utilizing them well. Additionally, we are strongly involved with our students and also pay attention to their personal development. We like to think outside the box to support students as best as possible both at school and in their private lives. On the Technology Campus, TGO collaborates with the schools for Smart Technology and Automotive Technology and with the Tech Campus Lab, where we create attractive learning projects in collaboration with the business community and other partners. In this collaboration, we also respond to technological developments such as Building Information Management (BIM) or Hydrogen. This ensures that our students gain experience with these important technologies during their education, so they are well-prepared to enter the field.
