You ensure that products reach the correct storage location, go to the right dispatch direction, or end up in the right delivery vehicle, all based on scan data and address labels. How quickly and precisely you work determines your performance, with a focus on sorting errors, products per hour, and damage-free shipping. Moreover, PostNL offers you a free EPT training, so you can independently operate an electric pallet truck. This is an important part of the job, allowing you to transport large products quickly and efficiently through the halls. Does that sound like something for you? We offer

  • • From 21 years old, you earn €14.99 gross per hour plus €0.20 ADV allowance per hour; • Travel allowance from 10 km commuting distance. €0.23 per km with a maximum daily allowance of €11.50; • No shift allowances, but 130% overtime, 150% Saturday, and 200% Sunday allowance; • Entry is at night (21:00 - 05:30), but sometimes also at 12:00 or 18:00; • Training opportunities, such as obtaining the EPT certificate and the forklift and reach truck certificate.

Where will you be working?

Extra@Home is the specialist in sorting and distributing large and heavy packages. Think of products that weigh more than 30 kg or have dimensions that do not fit in the standard Parcel network (larger than 176 x 78 x 58 cm). To ensure these deliveries run smoothly, all shipments at Extra@Home are carefully sorted by distribution type (1-man or 2-man delivery) and efficiently routed. Customers can choose from threshold service or top service, depending on their delivery preferences. With daily deliveries, six days a week, Extra@Home processes a large number of packages. Goods flow into the distribution center during the day and night. As soon as the planning is finalized at 00:00, the shipments are distributed over the correct routes. Behind this logistical operation is a team of about 50 logistics employees, divided over different subprocesses. Each subprocess is managed by one or more logistics coordinators, with the Senior Process Manager as the final responsible. Thanks to this tight organization, Extra@Home ensures that every package arrives quickly and carefully at the right destination.
