Logistics

  • As a Coordinator Logistics, you are responsible for managing various subprocesses at the depot, such as sorting, distribution, returns, and cross-dock. You lead a team of logistics employees and guide them based on performance and behavior. You monitor the progress of the processes, analyze deviations, and intervene to meet the daily schedule. You focus on key KPIs such as efficiency, quality, customer orientation, compliance, and sustainability. In the absence of the Logistics Supervisor, you make important decisions during process disruptions. You hold daily meetings with the Logistics Supervisor, Depot Manager, and fellow coordinators. You ensure that contract and work agreements are adhered to and escalate in a timely manner if they are not. Additionally, you ensure a safe and positive working environment and compliance with occupational health, environmental, and safety regulations. You identify bottlenecks and proactively make improvement proposals during meetings with colleagues. Are you interested? We offer

  • • A gross hourly wage between €17.45 and €22.08 based on experience; • A gross ADV allowance per hour starting from €0.22; • Weekend surcharges of 150% on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays and public holidays; • Overtime allowance of 130% for hours over 40 hours on weekdays; • Travel allowance from 10 km commuting distance. €0.23 per km with a maximum daily allowance of €11.50.

We ask

  • • You have MBO working and thinking level; • You have demonstrable experience with logistics processes and the daily management of operational employees and/or external parties; • You have a good oral and written command of the Dutch language; • You are communicatively strong and know how to engage colleagues positively; • You work methodically, structured, and are proficient with MS Office; • You hold a first aid diploma or are willing to obtain it in the short term; • Do you already have knowledge of LEAN or management systems such as ISO9001 or ISO14001? Then you have a significant advantage; • You are flexible and able to work in a rotating schedule with day, evening, and night shifts, spread over six days a week; • Working in varying temperatures (warm and cold environments) is no problem for you.

Where will you be working?

Extra@Home is the specialist in sorting and distributing large and heavy packages, such as furniture, white goods, and bicycles.
