As a Customer Service Representative, you will be involved in answering customer inquiries via email, phone, and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce), processing and guiding orders from entry to order confirmation and shipment, and providing correct and timely information to customers, dealers, and suppliers. Additionally, you will liaise with internal departments and international suppliers to ensure a smooth order process, prepare freight invoices and credit notes for further processing, identify and resolve bottlenecks within the order and delivery process, check shipping discrepancies and provide the correct documentation, and carefully process and maintain customer and order information in the systems. You will also contribute ideas for process improvements and digitalization of services and build good relationships with customers and colleagues.

As a Logistics Team Leader at Zara in the center of Almere, you are responsible for coordinating and supporting the warehouse team during morning shifts. You ensure that deliveries are processed efficiently and that the store always has the right stock on time. You lead the team during the unloading and sorting of deliveries, distribute tasks among colleagues, and monitor the progress of daily warehouse activities.
