- Are you customer-oriented, communicative, and do you enjoy helping people? Do you want to work during office hours and contribute to the services of the municipality of Eindhoven? Then this position as a KCC Employee is something for you! As a KCC Employee, you are the first point of contact for residents, businesses, and institutions. You answer a variety of questions about, for example, passports, driver's licenses, municipal letters, and developments in the city. You listen carefully, find the right information, and help the resident directly or refer them to the appropriate department. You work 8 to 16 hours per week, during office hours and based on a monthly schedule. During holiday periods and peak times, you may be asked to work extra hours in consultation. We ask

Where will you be working?
You will work at the municipality of Eindhoven, within the Customer Contact Center (KCC). The KCC is responsible for telephone services to residents, businesses, and institutions. You will join a team of about 45 colleagues who are committed daily to helping residents as well and quickly as possible. The work location is in the center of Eindhoven.

You ensure that the hours of temporary workers and permanent employees are correctly recorded. You work temporarily up to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Especially in the initial period, it is helpful if you are widely available. On Monday, you start at 06:00, so the time administration is processed correctly right away.
Your tasks include processing time registrations, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and contacting supervisors and employment agencies. You check data, enter it, and mainly use Excel.
