Back Office Employee Eindhoven

Are you precise and administratively strong? In this temporary position at a modern laundry in Eindhoven, you process and check time registrations. You ensure that the hours of temporary workers and permanent employees are correctly recorded. You work temporarily up to a maximum of 40 hours per week. Especially in the initial period, it is helpful if you are widely available. On Monday, you start at 06:00, so the time administration is processed correctly right away. Your tasks include processing time registrations, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and contacting supervisors and employment agencies. You check data, enter it, and mainly use Excel. You also assist with other administrative tasks. You work independently but can always turn to colleagues if you have questions.
