- As a Customer Service Transport Employee, you are the point of contact for our clients and manage the transport processes. Together with your colleagues within the Customer Service Transport team, consisting of three employees, you ensure that customers are optimally supported. You are the central point of contact for customers in the field of transport and are involved in answering various customer questions, preparing internal and client reports, and handling invoicing. You work in rotating shifts between 07:00 and 16:00 and 09:00 and 18:00. No day is the same in this dynamic logistics environment.
We offer

We ask
- • MBO/HBO working and thinking level, preferably in Logistics; • At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position; • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language (must) - French is a big plus; • Strong communication skills and able to communicate clearly and constructively; • Customer-oriented with a focus on quality in service; • Able to switch quickly, set priorities, and maintain an overview; • Able to work both independently and in a team; • Strong analytical skills and proficient with Excel; • Driven, proactive, structured, and initiative-rich.
