  • As an intermediary, you are the link between account management, coaching, and mediation. You start your week with a cup of coffee and a conversation with your colleagues. Then you dive into the action board: where are the opportunities in the market, which clients will you speak to today, and which candidates can you propose? You are constantly on the move. One day you visit (potential) clients in the Heerenveen region, the next day you speak with temporary workers and candidates.
