As a Commercial Consultant, you are the connecting factor between our clients and temporary workers. You effortlessly switch between planning, recruitment, and relationship management in a dynamic environment where no day is the same. What will you do? You are a planner, coach, and relationship manager in one. You ensure that vacancies are filled quickly and well, guide temporary workers during their careers, and build strong customer relationships. You work independently, think solution-oriented, and always maintain an overview. Your main tasks are recruiting and selecting temporary workers for various positions, guiding and coaching temporary workers at clients, expanding customer relationships and acquiring new clients (by phone and face-to-face), conducting contract negotiations and seizing commercial opportunities, and thinking about improving processes within the branch. As a Commercial Consultant, you combine recruitment, planning, and relationship management. You ensure that the right people end up in the right place and that both the client and the employee are satisfied. You switch quickly, think in solutions, and take responsibility.

We ask
