Logistics Work Preparer

Are you ready for a challenging role as a Work Preparer / Logistics Employee in Alphen aan den Rijn? In this full-time position (40-50 hours), you are the connecting factor between production, assembly, and logistics. You ensure that materials and information are timely at the right place, allowing projects to run smoothly, safely, and according to schedule. You start your day by checking the production schedule. You arrange the necessary materials, schedule personnel, and check incoming goods. Then you process everything administratively and maintain contact with suppliers. You also assist in preparing pre-processing lists and conduct quality checks. You work both at your desk and on the shop floor. You are regularly involved in receiving, checking, and placing goods in the right location. It may also happen that you load a truck with the forklift or crane. Additionally, there is room to participate in regular construction activities. No day is the same! Sometimes it's a lot of hard work and many things need to happen at once. At other times, it's a bit quieter, and there's room to take on tasks yourself. Therefore, you are practically minded, see work that needs to be done, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves.
