  • As an Inside Sales Account Manager in a true hunter role, you are responsible for attracting new customers. You delve into the needs behind the customer inquiry, actively think along about logistical processes, and translate DHL's services into concrete benefits for the customer. You see commercial opportunities, know how to build new relationships, and focus fully on acquisition and growth. In this role, you continuously look at how DHL can add extra value for customers. You investigate what can be improved, what can be set up more efficiently, and which solution best fits at the right price. With your commercial insight, persuasive power, and customer-oriented approach, you know how to exceed customer expectations and provide suitable logistical solutions. Additionally, you are actively engaged in approaching and acquiring new customers, analyzing customer needs and commercial opportunities, and advising on the most suitable solutions. You also accurately record customer information and results in the CRM system, build a strong network within and outside DHL, and work with colleagues on commercial growth and customer retention.

We offer

  • • A gross monthly salary between €3,050 and €3,400 based on 40 hours, depending on knowledge and experience; • An attractive bonus scheme that can amount to approximately €2,000 to €2,500 gross per quarter for a full-time position; • 23 vacation days; • 8% holiday pay; • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer up to a maximum of 30 km one way; • An extensive onboarding program; • Access to various training and coaching; • Good career advancement opportunities within DHL.

Where will you be working?

DHL is an international logistics company and part of Deutsche Post DHL Group, headquartered in Bonn (Germany).
