You regularly travel to our office in Ridderkerk to support management there as well, while the daily focus is on Hoofddorp.

We ask

  • • At least 6 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably in an international or logistics environment; • Senior advisory skills and the ability to challenge management at all levels; • Experience with organizational development, change processes, and leadership development; • Strong analytical skills and experience with HR data; • A proactive, independent, and connecting work style; • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English; • A down-to-earth, hands-on mentality; • The desire to commit to this position and department for at least 5 years; • Availability of 4 or 5 days per week.
