  • Are you comfortable working in cold conditions, physically fit, and eager to get things done? We are seeking a motivated Frozen Food Orderpicker for a freezer environment, ready to roll up their sleeves. In this role, you will work in an environment of -20°C, where accuracy, perseverance, and teamwork are essential. As a frozen food order picker, you will be responsible for various activities within the logistics process, including sorting fish, preparing orders for shipment, moving crates (physically demanding work), and moving pallets using a reach truck. You ensure that all products are processed on time, accurately, and according to the correct procedures.

We offer

  • • A gross monthly salary between €2,608 and €2,800 based on a 40-hour working week; • Travel allowance; • Overtime allowance of 130%; • Saturday allowance of 150%; • 25 vacation days per year; • Two company outings per year; • Free fruit at work; • Warm clothing, a hat, and gloves provided; • Opportunity for a permanent contract.

We ask

  • • You are available 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (plus one Saturday per month); • You are available from 08:00 to 17:00 or 05:00 to 13:00 (start time to be discussed with the team); • You are motivated and have a strong work ethic; • You are physically fit and able to handle demanding tasks; • You communicate well with colleagues; • You speak Dutch and/or English; • You are punctual and reliable; • You are willing to work in cold conditions (-20°C); • A reach truck certificate is an advantage.

Where will you be working?

Our client is a true family-owned business in Scheveningen that has been active in the fish trade for over 75 years. Located at the fishing harbor, the company has grown into an international fish wholesaler with its own filleting department, where fresh fish is manually filleted and portioned daily according to customer requirements.
