  • Are you resistant to the cold, physically fit, and do you like to take action? We are looking for a driven Freezer Order Picker who is eager to roll up their sleeves. In this role, you work in an environment of -20 degrees, where precision, perseverance, and teamwork are central. As a freezer order picker, you are responsible for various tasks within the logistics process, such as sorting fish, preparing orders for shipment, moving crates (physically demanding work), and moving pallets with a reach truck. You ensure that everything is processed on time, neatly, and according to the correct procedures.

We offer

  • • Gross monthly salary between €2,608 and €2,800 based on 40 hours per week; • Travel allowance; • Overtime allowance of 130%; • Saturday allowance of 150%; • 25 vacation days per year; • 2 company outings per year; • Free fruit at work; • Warm clothing, hat, and gloves; • Prospect of a permanent position.

We ask

  • • You are available 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday (plus one Saturday per month); • Available from 08:00 to 17:00 or 05:00 to 13:00 (start time in consultation with the team); • You have motivation and a real work mentality; • You are physically fit and stand firm; • You can communicate well with colleagues; • You have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language; • You are punctual and reliable; • You are willing to work in the cold (-20°C); • A reach truck certificate is a plus.

Our client is a true family business in Scheveningen that has been involved in the fish trade for 75 years. Located at the fishing port, they have grown into an international fish wholesaler with their own filleting facility, where fresh fish is manually filleted and portioned daily according to customer wishes.
