As a sales associate, you are the face of the store: you advise customers, help them find the right travel items, and offer personal service that keeps people coming back. This way, you bring the ANWB mission to life and ensure that everyone goes out carefree and with pleasure. You assist customers in the store and answer their questions. One moment you're speaking to a family heading out with their camper in North America, the next moment a group of young people wanting to go on a city trip to Athens. You inform customers about various products and services, from travel insurance and toll stickers to hiking boots and earplugs for festivals. Unsure about something? Then you bring in a colleague. You keep the store tidy and adjust it based on the shelving plan. Each season the collection changes, so in the summer you display camping items and in the winter ski clothing and snow chains. You unpack deliveries in the store or in the warehouse. In your first month, you receive training in sales techniques and conversation skills and learn all about our products and services. This way, you are well-prepared to help our customers move forward.

Are you an organizational talent who likes to have control? As a Planner for Service Technicians, you are responsible for efficiently scheduling appointments for our field service technicians. You ensure that the schedule is logically structured, taking into account travel times, distances, and the availability of the technicians. Thanks to your planning, the technicians can perform their tasks optimally, and our customers receive the service they expect. You plan and coordinate appointments, monitor and optimize the daily schedule, and process everything in the SAP system. You liaise with colleagues and technicians to ensure the schedule runs smoothly. We are looking for an enthusiastic and structured candidate who gets energized by planning and organizing.
